Desolate Child Updates
I've been working on the interior of the gas station convenience store/garage, adding some busywork NPCs and one gettin' his car fixed.
I've updated the desolate child as well. I wanted her to beg for money for the arcade, but like a lot of these little mechanics, for the sake of detail I've taken it further than I should have, while keepingit as simple as possible.
Suzie not only takes your money and spends it at the arcade, she also bumps up the high score. The time she plays for is randomly generated (further randomized with several different numbers of frames per "second" passed).
When she loses a game, she audibly puts in another coin and plays again. I've included gabs now. Before she plays, she announces how many coins she has left, and will mention if she set (or failed to set) the high score, as well as refer to what the high score currently is. On losing her last game, she expresses a bit of disappointment that it's over, but immediately appreciates the fun she had. Same with the high score, she's happy to set it, or insists that next time she'll get it.
